(Clause6) All things related parties transactions is user's risk and responsibility. You must bear in mind that UTpartners does not check up the truth of member's identity and post contents. Before you deal with someone, you must examine the counterparty through all the way its possible you can, such as Credit inquiry, Identification by trade-related organizations or agencies.

Aticle3 - [Membership Registration Obligation]



(Clause1) As registering for the UTpartners.com including membership and services, you agree to these statements: You have to provide truth, accurate, current, valid, and complete information about yourself or representing company, as prompted by the member information form at "Sign Up" and Edit Profile. Therefore, you must maintain and promptly update the member information to keep it true, accurate, current, valid, and complete.

(Clause2) When you provide or attempt to grant any information, and if that is untrue, inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete, UTpartners has the rights and authorities to suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any and/or all current or future use of our service (or any portion thereof). Article5 - [Membership ID & Password and Protection]



(Clause1) During the registration process, you will be assigned a member ID and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member ID and Password, and for all activities that occur under your Member ID and password.

(Clause2) You agree to immediately notify UTpartners of any unauthorized use of your Member ID or Password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you properly log out from the web site at the end of each session.

(Clause3) In any case, UTpartners do not ask membership's password, so must not to provide your password to anyone. UTpartners cannot and will not be liable for any damage arising from your failure to comply this paragraph.

Article6 - [Rules of User's Conduct]



As using UTpartners website, you agree to the following rules. Any violation of the following rules is automatically considered as a material breach of these "Terms of Use" of any access to UTpartners.com:

(Clause2) Memberships must promptly inform to "UTpartners" of the following:
1. Changes in contact information
2. Apparent breaches of security, such as theft or unauthorized disclosure of data. Unless UTpartners is notified on a breach in security, the Membership have retain the liable for both any unauthorized and authorized use of the services.

Because we are not involved in the actual transaction between users ( or buyers and sellers), in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, UTpartners is released from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind of and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed, arising out in any way connected with such disputes.

UTpartners shall not be liable to you for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, or casualties.
